The Person Behind Tidy Tails
Hi. I am Ben.
I run Tidy Tails.
I started this business in December 2024. I was 15, playing sports, managing school, and building something on the side that I could actually be proud of. Dog waste removal is not glamorous, but it solves a real problem for busy families, and I just try to do it right every single time.
When you sign up with Tidy Tails, you are not getting a franchise employee. You are getting me: the same person who answers your text, builds your route, shows up every week, and sends you a gate photo when I am done.

Why It Matters
What makes Tidy Tails different?
You text Ben directly
No call center. No ticket number. No corporate runaround. When you text 813-419-0535, I answer. The same person who picks up your yard is the same person who answers your messages.
Gate photo after every single visit
Before I leave your property, I send you a photo confirming your gate is closed and locked. This is not something most services offer. It matters to pet owners, so it matters to me.
Waste leaves your property entirely
I do not bag it and leave it in your trash. Everything is hauled off-site, every visit. Most larger services leave bags at the curb. I do not.
I walk the yard more than once
The Osprey Observer noted that Valrico-area clients have seen me walk yards multiple times per visit to make sure nothing is missed. That is just the standard.
Press Feature · Osprey Observer
“Tidy Tails launched in December 2024 and is owned and operated by Benjamin, a 16-year-old student athlete who manages a growing service route while continuing his education. Customer reviews frequently describe Tidy Tails as professional, reliable and thorough. Benjamin takes additional steps to ensure safety and accountability during each service — customers receive a text message upon completion, along with a photo confirming that gates are securely closed before he leaves the property.”
